Westbrook's 4th Anniversary beer?

    Just wondering if anyone knows any details about Westbrook's 4th anniversary beer. I'd imagine that it would be released in the next month or two, but I've not read anything. Thanks for sharing.

    FWIW, I loved last year's Orange Bliss. (Now, if Westbrook could be convinced to brew it again. And perhaps age some of it in Grand Marnier barrels. I might even drive to SC for that.)

    Agree on the Orange Bliss. I'd also take more of the BA Cap'n Skoons. That beer is insanely good.

    I haven't heard anything yet - I'm planning on going there tomorrow after work. I can ask around and see what info I can dig up.

    Tis true.. We brewed it last week. Imperial stout with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, almonds and Coconut.

    That explains why you had the Mexican Coconut Cake on tap at the brewery last week. That stuff was awesome!

    Sounds like Mexican Cake/Imperial Biscotti Break Remix. Aren't all of the anniversaries have the same base beer? If I remember correctly, it's Cap'n Skoon's.

    Sounds like Almond Joy in a bottle to me. Coconut is difficult to pull off in beer, but if Orange Bliss was any indication, then Westbrook can do it.

    Should be available in December. Releases from Westbrook typically start at the brewery and then are released for distro about a week later.
