What beer are you drinking now? #751

Steak tips at Glenway, Belmont NC. If you're paying attention... I'm drinking a lot. Looking forward to sleeping late and bottling two stouts tomorrow... one an unapologetic clone of Ten Fiddy, the other... well... same thing but aged on six months of vanilla beans.

 

Besides a flask of whiskey, this will be a camping/backpacking essential when that season rolls back around.

Man, I miss those days.

 

Oh how I wish this were cheaper-

So well made, elegant, and easy to drink. I'm sure you could drink them all night long, too, but at $18 a 4-pack I don't think I will be finding that out for sure.

This afternoon I had a lot of fun listening to the first three Cheap Trick albums, and if anything they are even better than I remember. Let's get this one started, Bun E.-

NODA Hop Drop & Roll in a Birdsong glass... well, they're about twenty feet from each other.

 

Just spent a week in Atlanta for work drinking Founders Harvest and Sweetwater IPA and their seasonal ale.
Hit my BevMo because the fridge had ZERO cold beer (even the wife called party foul) so had to grab something.
Low and behold, I see this on the bottom shelf, dusty as shit. I had NEVER seen it here and had only had it twice, as extras from @totalbangover, so when I pull the sixer up and see "best by 4/8/15" it was a no-brainer!

Not sure how they date (ie when this was bottled) but I've seen Green Flash on the shelves at this same BevMo with beers well past their "best by" date, so cheers to this!!!
