Green Flash West Coast IPA Jackalope Hefeweizen The GF was great. I loved it. The Jackalope was good for the first half of the glass and then the peach flavor and aroma over powered the second half. GF gets great reviews. It has anyone else tried the Jack? It's a fairly new local brew to Nashville. Thoughts on it?
Green Flash West Coast is a damn good IPA. We don't get too many hopped up IPAs where I live, so this one takes the cake of any other that I've had. Never had Jackalope, though.
I ordered the GF and my wife ordered the Jack. She gave up on it so I was drinking them at the same time.
No thoughts on Jackalope Hefewiezen yet maybe you could add it. Also you would probably get better responses in the south forum with a less vague title. heres some examples "jackalope hefewiezen thoughts?" or "how about those new jackalope beers?"
Drinking them at the same time may be the culprit. I agree with Jzeilinger, GF may have affected your palate.
