Anyone else suffer from Empty Porch Depression? I am so used to getting so excited over seeing a big ol' box of beer on my porch that when it slows down or I take a short hiatus...I can't help but seek out a trade for more! I usually don't even care what the trade is...I just want a box and I'm always excited to see what surprise extras I get. Anyone else suffer from this? Maybe we need to start a support group.
Worse when you expect a beer to be there and did not get delivered and have to wait another day. I had a package say delivered thursday and was dropped off by a neighbor this morning. Fedex delivered to wrong address. Beer trader anxiety for a couple days
This happened to me too. I was an hour away when fedex said the packages were delivered and i wouldn't be home for another couple of hours too. Got home and nothing. I immediately contacted fedex and asked what was going on with my package. They started and "investigation" that lasted about a weekand then told me they couldn't find it, they were sorry and that was that. About a week later (two weeks after boxes were said delivered) both my boxes showed up on my fronch porch. To this day i have no idea what happened with them. It was a very terrible feeling. But i was super excited to see them.
