I'm 80% home/friends 20% out and about.

That will change a lot over the next 4 months assuming it stops snowing at some point.

 

You need to try Fram, BA-Fram, all of the BA-Fram variants, Mass Rising, Kiwi Rising, Hoponius Union, etc, etc etc... it's pretty amazing what they do with lagers...

They do fantastic things with their lagers. The Framinghammers as mentioned are really good as was their Cherry BA Berliner IMO.

Awwww, man, can't wait! Was eyeing the Fremont Bourbon Abominable you sent me earlier as it sounds just so damned tasty!

Pr0n will probably have to wait until Thursday night or Friday as the wife will bring the boxes in from the porch (after all, she does end up sharing most of the beer), but unpacking them and taking pictures isn't in the cards for her.

Right now, I am pretty jealous since I cannot have any beer because oft medication.
I can't wait for the Sunday. At this point, I have though of many different lineups for getting back on the beerwagon.

 

I love the boxes @valrxman uses for the cans he's sent me, so I decided the most recent one should get some extra use....

NBO - SixterCAN trip #1

If you would like to be in consideration to be the recipient of a box filled with 6 cans, please BM me your shipping address. If you would prefer to skip this trip and sign up for a future trip, don't send me your address and wait for the next person to post their NBO to sign up.

Signup period ends at 8pm Friday November 21st. At that time I will randomly select the recipient and start posting hints as to who it is. Box will be shipped as soon as I get it ready!

How SixterCAN works:

1) The current holder of the SixterCAN box will make a post in the Locals BIF thread saying that the signup period for the next Trip is open and will be open for 2 or 3 days. Anyone that would like to be a potential target for the box would send their address information in a BM to the current holder of the box. To be eligible the person must have:
a) participated in Locals BIF rounds 1, 2 (summer 6'er), OR 3 (current round)
b) have not already received the Sixterhood box.

2) After the signup period is over, the current holder will randomly (or using any criteria of their choosing) pick the next lucky recipient of the SixterCAN box. They will not announce this person nor the number of people that signed up, but instead will start posting hints as to where the box is going (BIF style hints). If no one signs up to be the next recipient then, as the original founder, @Lehighace06 will be the final recipient (hopefully without him knowing that it is coming to him).

3) The holder of the SixterCAN box will fill the interior box with high quality cans and ship it to the target. Make it a kickass box, but with this group of people I know we won't have to worry about that. Also, add the targets name to the tracking board in the box and add any 'decorations' that you wish to help commemorate the box's visit to your state.

4) The outer box may also be filled with 'extras' or swag, but make sure to replace whatever you take (does not have to be exact, 'hat for a hat' but be sure it's at least equivalent)

5) Once the box is received by the target, they will post the pr0n for all to enjoy.

6) Start over at #1

You do not have to enter every signup period. You can pick and choose when you want to be in consideration to be the next recipient. This would be nice if the current holder of the box is from your own state or an adjoining state or if you are going to be out of town for a while or whatever. Jump in and out as you please.
