So from peace to a soapbox rant....Sorry, someone keeps leaving the soapbox out. Last night went out boozing with my brother in law. Was trying to get to Revolution to nab some beers. Driving down city streets we decied to stop at a bar. They were doing a Perennial tap take over. 17 & Abraxas on tap. Have a few pints of each. Abraxas taps out. Do you know what got tapped next? One of my personal fav's, BOMB! Had a few pints of that as well. Leave bar, head to Rev for pints/bottles. Get to Rev, have some pints, feeling good! Decide to leave(last call) and nab some bottles. I purchased the very last bottle of something I have never had before. Apparently they had a mad rush on bottle sales earlier in the night...I got the last bottle of Blue Gene. I decided that rather than store it away for a rainy day, drink it. I mean I got lucky getting some Perennial goodness. It was a sign. Drink good beer now. So in honor of my good luck, I opened one. My wife will have some so it won't be consumed alone. Moral here, drink good beer now.

And if that was not enough, I was enjoying a text chat with a good buddy of mine, @IPAFan521 By some strange circumstance, he too only got a single bottle of the Blue Gene. I text him that I opened mine in light of drink em if you got em, and he sends me this pic:
