not sure, but IMO this year's is better than last year's.

 

many cases at Nova in Hudson when I went through on Tuesday. hoping to stop on the way back today and grab more.

 

I completely agree. My GF and I thought it was like a mini 16.

BB Stout is still in the process of being packaged and rolling out to distro, should be in all markets in the next week or so.

 

I had a bottle two nights ago, and it seemed so good I had to have another to make sure I wasn't fooling myself. But it really is a better beer this year, I think. Of course, science is important.. so I'll have to open a 2012 and 2013 in the next few nights just to be absolutely certain.... strictly for observational purposes, of course.

 

Probably open a few BCBS and KBS too, for calibration's sake.

 

Cases upon cases at Keyport in Superior tonight.

 

Did a bottle friday night of this year's CW BBS against last year's BCBS. The BCBS still had a better mouthfeel, though the gap is closing on that. The CW was definitely hotter (not surprising, since it's fresh) but had a leg up on flavor, with additional chocolate and coffee notes over the BCBS.

Seems like CW may have learned something from Sixteen, and brought it to their BBS. A definite step up for 2014.

 

So anyone see this in Milwaukee yet?

 

Woodman's in the Falls has it and Sendik's in Brookfield has it, so I'd be really surprised if the big places in MKE didn't have it yet.

 

I saw the 2014 batch in Peoria last week.

 

So tasty already, they really nailed it this year.

 

Agreed. I think it's the best tasting fresh version of it I've ever had.

 

Rays got it in last week Wednesday.
