    I've waited long enough for my first new brew of the day (details will be over on New Beer Sunday; come join us if you're trying something for the first time, and would like to share a little bit about it). This one: Schneider Weisse Tap X Aventinus Cuvee Barrique sour Weizenbock aged in French oak barrels.

    I may have gone with too gentle a pour.

    Really, really good sour; a cross between a Flanders red-brown and a Weizen.
