Because no one has mentioned them, I would go Founders for one brewery because I love stouts and use IPAs mainly as session beers, although I would miss sours..

Stouts/Porters: KBS, FBS, FIS, Founders porter - the absolute strong point for this brewery
IPA/PA/IIPA: Centennial, Double Trouble, Pale Ale, Red Rye, Dark Penance, Devil Dancer, Harvest Ale, Mosaic Promise
Then they also have the Bastards and Old Curmudgeon

Combined with the fact that all of the above mentioned beers (excluding KBS) come in 4 or 6 packs are usually between $9.99 and $12.99, and can be found fairly easily. I think I would be as satisfied as I could be with one brewery.

*Note: I realize other breweries have more breadth, I was answering the question with my tastes in mind, while trying to consider cost and general availablity.

Cigar City Brewing, this company makes it a point to approach every style, for every type of drinker and when you go there, there is almost always, every kind of style on tap, with appreciation to other breweries on their taps, as well. There distribution is crazy, they pump out a 22oz bottle almost every other month, sometimes twice a month, along side regular distribution of 5-6 cans.

Second would be Goose Island and third, The Bruery. If we're talking about range...

for stateside the best belgian styles come out of ommegang, but if it was just one brewery it would be st. bernardus for me, if not that it would be brouwerij van steenberge

If I ignore the style criteria, I would go with Great lakes - I could probably get by with Eliot Ness and Edmond Fitzgerald alone

If RR made a big barrel aged stout that would seal the deal for me, although shadow of a doubt is goddamn awesome. I'd still have a hard time picking another brewery. Great IPAs (dur), Sours (DURR), and beligans. SoaD satisifies the need for something dark and heavy.

But a big stout would be nice.

I'd have to look at a local option right off the bat.

Accessibility and price helps here.. Founders does some wonderful things.

Marble Brewery just recently won the GABF smaller brewery award, and it pretty much came at the right time.

The majority of their lineup sits above a 4/5 on BA.

    Award winning German Pilsner
Oatmeal stout hitting all the right notes
Red ale that sits a touch hoppy/caramel forward
IPA that to me is more like a SN torpedo with upfront hop flavors
DIPA lately has been tasting extra special
BBA Imperial Stout comes out once a year. It's a sunner IMHO
BBA Reserve is another crowd pleaser.
Barley Wine, which may or may not be BBA. Tasting very sweet with oak and deep fruit notes
Double White is a 7% Belgian Wit... Award winner here, as well as a few of their other offerings
At times they have Imperial red, another award winner.
Other times, itll be a random 7% stout, a dark pumpkin beer, a nitro english pale ale, a brett IPA

This is more of an overall award for me.. Locally there are a few IPAs that just blow my mind. But as far as overall offerings, Marble is doing some things.

Based on the stated criteria and 1 brewery that does all those things well --> Firestone Walker

    Barrel Aged: Parabola
    IPA: Union Jack
    Belgian Styled: Opal

If I had to choose one brewery to throw my allegiance to I'd go Odell.

FFF for me. HF is in my backyard but they don't get too crazy except for the farmhouse offerings. ZD, Arctic Panzer, Dreadnaught for hoppy beers. Its nice that they are actually bottled. BA Behemoth, Dark Lord (including variants), Alpha Klaus, Moloko and Permanent Funeral. A little weak on the Belgium side but I can overlook that. Honorable mention to Jacks Abby. Although again....light on the Belgium portfolio.

I'd find it hard to live without Firestone Walker....they're Barrelworks program is fantastic. If you could ever get to Buellton you'd get to try some stuff that would blow your mind...one off's and such. And their regular stuff and Proprietors things are amazing.

    Odell, across the board.

I could happily sup from their offerings for the rest of my days, but also happily, do not have to.
