    That is a fantastic sideboard, my friend. I'm super full, but looking at that makes me hungry!

    (Also: Brown Shugga is delicious, but every time I drink it, it strikes me as Burton Baton Lite - even if it is only 0.1% ABV lower!)

    Threw the meaty Thanksgiving turkey carcass in a stock pot with the usual stock additions for, you guessed it, turkey stock. That's bubbling away and my entire house smells mouthwatering. The "game of the year" is on TV, Pats/Packers, and I have to admit, it is a damn good game.

    First up today, Winds of Change form O'so. It's a bretted, dry hopped pale ale that they have done a great job with. It's got a great jammy nose and taste along with some deep brett complexity and stank.

    That is my mothers. We got together for late Thanksgiving. One of my brothers working on a Founders Porter now, the other had Sam Adams Winter Lager, I am 4 into that 6 pack realizing that they are a very dangerous 10% brew.

    Oh yeah, they drink way lighter than they are. It's a 10% that definitely sneaks up on you. In a good way (hopefully).
