    what kind of beer did you put on the pineapple? Pineapple is probably my favorite fruit, but I haven't heard of it used in brewing much.

    Blackberry yeast culture on stir plate

    Mostly Big, the last 2 were 11.5% Barrel aged Barleywine (I have two 15G Dads Hat Rye Whiskey Barrels), and a 10% Barrel aged RIS.
    I all took too long, the RIS aged 6 months and the BW aged 2 months.
    Thinking about downsizing to 15G batches

    That was a tripel I brewed for my wife's 30th (four years ago now!). You can actually buy the bottles or of course save them from Belgians you get in 750 ml. They take larger corks than a standard wine bottle (so you need the right corker) and as you can see, should be caged.
