Wife was out of the house and I knew the inventory spreadsheet was out of date so I pulled out all the Cantillon to get an accurate count without catching hell.

I don't know what's more impressive: the amount of Cantillon or how long that table is that they're sitting on!

I play nice, 99% imports & trades. Think only 3 or 4 were bought in CA. Local shops price gouge so much it's usually cheaper to buy from Belgium anyway.

Cantillon is among the few beers my wife will drink. She gasped when she saw this picture. I doubt I could ever have half this many at one time because she would always be drinking them.

That sight to me is second only to the Cantillon aging rooms.

Got this commercial fridge about a year ago and while it's perfect for storing beers, I forget what I have since so much is hidden. Took everything out today and documented the contents. Now at least I know what I have in there.

This is the cellar fridge, small apartment sized one, packed to the gills as is, not sure what im gonna do as it grows more.... Small apartment though, and this fridge fits perfectly in the part of our pantry that doesnt have shelving.

I have a seperate mini fridge that is kept cooler for ipas and other "fresh" beer. And an amazingly tolerant girlfriend who lets me have two fridges in our apartment haha.

This always reminds me why I checked the original cellar thread daily. It also always gives me a nervous breakdown! You can tell people from California because we get the nervous shakes when we see all of your shelving without any barriers haha. I sure do wish I had a nice cold concrete basement closet or something g!

No joke, I think we have pretty much the same cellar, give or take a few bottles

A ton of stuff hidden due to space, but just put this shelving unit in, and glad that I'm not dealing with everything stacked on top of each other on my closet floor.

I should have never looked at this thread...

My "cellar" (currently the door of our back fridge at home) currently contains:

    2x BCBS '14
    2x Backwoods Bastard '14
    1x KBS '14
    1x DFH WWS '12
    1x BA Rasputin '13
    1x Old Stock '13
    1x Bruery Smoking Wood (can't remember version/year)
1x Endless Brewing BA Burning Comet barleywine (local micro)
    1x Thomas Hardy Ale '94

Pales in comparison to you guys, but it's a start I suppose. I plan to expand it a lot this winter, hit a bunch of stores and also I want to add in some more common beers to age instead of only adding whalez to it. Some more Founders (curmudgeon, dirty bastard maybe), some Mad Elf, some Belgians, I have plans.

That's two years' worth of coffee and barleywine, and 4 years' worth of BCS... but yes, living in NYC is pretty sweet this time of year.

I built the make shift glass display, so I decided it was a good time to re-organize my "cellar".

Not pictured: multiples and 5 other bottles I forgot I had haha

Very nice racks but honestly you don't want to cellar your beers lying down.

Finally home and can put everything away and get a proper picture of my humble, dare I say...burgeoning...cellar!
Going to expand this as much as possible this winter.
