Wormtown Be Hoppy

They should be drank ASAP obviously. I don't agree with that practice at all.

 

don't really think this is hoarding at all. i've definitely seen Be Hoppy on the shelf before at Pemberton's multiple times. This time, I happened to see a 4pk sitting out in the back on a palate and asked if someone could get it for me.

 

Maybe Sundays are just bad, as I've picked up some other nice surprise-finds there...all on the shelf.

 

I recently fell in love with Be Hoppy. Haven't seen it in Cambridge/ Somerville yet, but then again I haven't been asking.

 

It was at Downtown Wine & Spirits on Friday.

Just picked up 2 four packs at Table and Vine. You have to ask for them. I was told that they don't bother to put them out anymore, they sell out so fast. Anyways he asked how many I wanted and I just said 2. Not sure how much is left.

 

I moved to upstate New York from MA in November and the thing I miss most is Be Hoppy the first week of every month.
I'm trying to drown my sorrow with Two Hearted IPA but it's not the same!

 

I love this beer but refuse to chase 1 four pack. They need to giddy up on the new brewery so availability increases.

Info for thoseon the hunt who have not tried it or have had limited tastes. Last release I went to State Liquor Exchange right across street on Park. They were in fridge with no limits.

 

On a closely-related side tangent, I came across a Hopulence a few weeks ago. It had been awhile! Put it up against a Heady and was surprised and pleased that it solidly held its own. I had forgotten how damn good Hopulence is. Wormtown rules!

Sheeeeeyit...I got a 4-pack of the fresh stuff at Redstone today and it's delicious. My tastes are a changin or this is one of the best batches yet. Drinking one right now. It ain't no juicy jumbo double, but it's a damn good beer. Super easy drinking. 6.5% and goes down the gullet like a 4%er.

 

Hopefully it's more like the "Smutty's Finest Kind tastes even better from the new brewery" kind of thread

Seems like a batch of cans usually hits stores the first week of the month, anyone know if it should be popping up again soon?
