@Ncpogs wanted some Lindley Park, I wanted some Chicago beer, so we hooked it up! He basically said a couple things he could get his hands on (I think Smores Problems and Orange Truffle Abduction were mentioned) and I just told him to send me some good stuff. He certainly did that! 4 out of the 6 (the 4 on the right) were not even remotely wants as I've never heard of them. Glad that's fixed now because they all sound friggin' awesome.

Not Your Father's Root Beer - I'd been thinking about trying to acquire some as my wife is a root beer fiend. It's like @Ncpogs was psychic or something because I definitely didn't tell him  I'm not a huge fan of root beer but definitely will keep an open mind. And keeping the wife happy (who's almost as big a beer geek as I am anyway) always smooths the trading roads
Plead the 5th - So now I have a second bottle of this, as I received one from @HoppySeb as well. So happy about that! I've had it one time, two years ago, so can't wait to try it again. I absolutely loved it the only time I've had it.
Revolution Deth's Tar - BBA RIS? Yes please!
Smore Money Smore Problems - Man I hope this beer pulls it off because smores are pretty awesome  Can't wait to try it. Have no idea how they tried to get graham into a beer, so will definitely be drinking this with my homebrewer cap on to try and figure it out.
Orange Truffle Abduction - Orange, chocolate Imperial Stout? Okay!
Barrel Aged Dystopia - Another barrel aged RIS? I mean... if I HAVE too. Just kidding, love RISs, so can't wait to try this as well!

Seriously this is a great box that I can't wait to dig into! Unfortunately it'll be a little while since I'm heading back out of town tomorrow morning (this time thankfully for vacation and not work). I do have a bottle share next weekend though... hmm...

Let's pretend that somehow, we can all get together in person and have a physical bottle share. What would you all bring?

DB Huna, because everyone needs to try this beer if they haven't yet...

Well, you responded to @Lehighace06 's question last week that you'd never had beers from a few breweries before, and one of those was Cantillon... Enjoy dude!

and another late night addition to VBS after wife & I's first date night since the new baby was born... I dragged her to Crooked Stave for a bottle release before we had dinner...

...and then I just opened up this delicious Mosaic IPA courtesy of @Clarkson. Cheers!

Sixterhood contents clue #1--you want to join everyone who has already BM'd because there are some yummy beers going into this box. So send me a BM already...

Deadline is Sunday, Dec 7th. Noon.

Sixterhood contents clue #2--at least one of the beers that will be included in the box has appeared in a recent photo (last several days...) posted in the locals BIF thread...

If I had the DBHuna, I'd share it three times over with this group... But I don't. So, Instead, I'd share my Abraxas, Prop 14, and Regular Huna. After that, anything in the fridge or "cellar" (black note, KBS, FW BA beers...) would be fair game. As long as someone remembered to take a picture to post the pr0n to this thread...

Rare Barrel On The Shoulders of Giants maybe? Or maybe Wicked Weed Framboos Mort if they start bottling the damn thing (which supposedly they are) before the bottle share. Or Foothills BASC. Or Logsdon Oak-Aged Bretta. Or Ale Apothecary Latache. Too hard to choose... I always have this problem with bottle shares...

That's actually a good point. I drink very little soda myself, but what I do drink is often something like that Hank's... I guess I've been a soda snob longer than I've been a beer snob  I would definitely not mind 'craft soda' extras, maybe some keffir, kombucha, other things I know nothing about but would be intrigued to try.

The more boxes I send out, the more I'm starting to appreciate things like the crab chips @heystevec includes in every box. Sure, the reason for the box is the beer, but it's awesome to try non-beer food/beverage products that are specific to other regions, and I would never have gotten to try otherwise.

Naturally, I do also like beer.

Glad you enjoyed this, Nick. One of SEPA's best kept secrets IMO.

FTFY. No need for 'reverse', what we do is 'winning'

I agree, I definitely need to try that beer!

And I still haven't had Abraxas either! Can't wait to try the new Prop, and I will never turn down Huna. One of the best beers ever made.

I've never had any of those! They all sound great though.

Well, I don't know guys. What would you pick?

Depends on where it was hosted; if it was out of town a growler of Tired Hands would be the starting point (as you already know). I'd avoid anything from the locale hosting (so if back in HOU again I'd skip JK, for example; anywhere outside TX I'd almost certainly bring one)

I would also make sure to bring some of the nicer items this thread has afforded me, immediately coming to mind is the Crooked Stave Mama Bear's Sour Cherry Pie that @Kramerbarthomer put in my BIF box from Round 3, or the NEBCo Imperial Stout Trooper that @Poorpatz sent me back in Round 1 that I'm still sitting on.

Have you had the Bourbon variant? I'm excited to try it, haven't had either of them yet.

Of your bottles? I'd pick KBBS, Prop, Fen Tao and Aurelian Lure; but there's only one bottle in that whole list that is not super high up on my wants, and only because I've already had Backyard Rye.

Yes Sir! I'm hoping to share it with my non-BA share buddy, but he's been so wrapped up in his new house that we haven't drank together in about a month or so... I'm about *this close* to drinking it alone (it's not like I won't have anything good to share when we do get together next)
