#1 ranked beer on BA

    I read a post a few months ago that victory hopdevil was the #1 beer on BA back in 2005 I believe? Not sure if this is true but it got me thinking what beers have been ranked #1 thru the years and how long roughly were they top dog? Since I've been a member which has been less then a year it's been big dog heady!

    I remember KBS and Breakfast stout being in the top 10ish when I first got into beer. The biggest surprise to me is how Dark Lord isnt in the top 250 anymore.

    Haha, thanks for the link rfgetz; looks like Westy 12 was #1 when I first joined...and #3 was Stone RIS! My how times have changed!

    Westy 12 was #1 when I joined too, and was #1 for a long time. Still think its one of the best beers I've ever had.

    I joined this site last year, but I've been on almost every day without a profile since 2009. I remember it was Westvleteren 12, ten Pliny the Younger, then Heady Topper. Ratebeer has had Westy at #1 for over 5 years.
