Did some digging and it seemed to catch some good stuff before the outrageous mess of BCS. Once this dies down, anyone have an idea what it typically goes for? I'm on the fence over drinking it vs trading it for some of my favorites.

Just personal opinion, but this is one where I think the value is much higher when poured out in a glass in front of you. I love this beer so much.

Have to agree, I still have a few bottles left and no way am I going to trade any more.
List your favorites and if I´ve had them I´ll vote.

Otherwise, it should trade like 20/25$ worth of brewery/limited release.

If you've never tried it, you really should keep it and drink it.
    It's just an amazing beer.

I wsh it was available here. But if you want to trade it I'll offer BC. One Coffee, one Barleywine, and one Regular.

    I traded or two.
Traded one away and gave one away.
    Sad feels

I was obsessed with getting this beer for the longest time. Then once I had it I couldn't bring myself to even drink it.
    I'll get more one day.
Until then they trade for around $30 in limited/brewery release beers EACH.

BA Vanilla shake is delicious. For whatever reason, its trade value is lower than it deserves. I have drank a whole bottle and split a bottle. I didn't think that it was worthy of trading away because it was that good.

If I could only bring myself to place another order for 6 more...sigh

Thanks everyone - I think I'll hold on to it and drink it with other that'll appreciate it. Cheers.

I'd be interested in potentially splitting an order...

I might be down with that, but won't know for a bit...too much unknown left in my sales year and spending this kind of cash on beer won't fly with the boss (my wife), lol

    It's $193 incl. s/h to buy 6 bottles FYI

I need to place another order soon myself. I freaking love this beer. It is pricey though. I ordered 12 bottles last time! Only have one left :slight_frown: As for trading the beer, I would agree with the other comments that it should trade for its cost at least, which is roughly $30 per bottle shipped to the U.S.

I've seen it for $20 on US sites occasionally. Usually 1 bottle limit though :stuck_out_tongue:

I think you're mistaken, but I'm willing to wait for you to post what US sites. Far as I know, the only way to buy this beer (legally, key word) is from the Mikkeller Shop website

I'm almost 100% positive I saw it on Craftshack a few months ago. (edit: perhaps it was just the regular...) still I know I've seen it elsewhere than their webshop. No idea if it was legal.
