    I picked up 2 64oz growlers of FBD from Nebco and drank #1 that night, 4 days later I opened #2 and the hops were less and some carbonation fell off.

    I know American BAs love Unibroue but i find there house yeast to be too strong and it overshadows the rest of the beer. That said, this is the first Unibroue beer in a long time that perked me up. Proof they can still surprise a little, no if they could only do a sour!

    Great christmas ale! Fresh it has too much anise. But after 1y of cellaring the anise has faded to my liking. Cheers
