    Maple Rye, Birch Rye, Neapolitan Rye, Huckleberry Rye, Elderberry Rye, Double Barrel Rye (secondary aging in madeira or pear/apple brandy barrels), Blackberry Rye, Smoked Rye or any sort of Mexican hot chile chocolate variant. Those are my preferences. Bourbon barrels can be substituted in place of rye barrels if need be.
