Both clock in at 7.2%. I love both. Centennial is more fruity, Torpedo seems to be a bit more malt forward.

Torpedo and it's not close. Founders and hops don't mix in my book. If they did nothing but porters, stouts, and scotch ales I'd be a very happy man.

Centennial. Love both, but I'd pick any Centennial hopped beer first. #1 on that list being Big Eye

I actually like Centennial hops more than Chinook or Cascade hops (prefer tropical/fruity flavors over the more piney/resiny/grapefruity flavors), but only by a little.

This being said, I think Torpedo's a better beer than Centennial.

I love both any day of the week, but it'll always be Founders Centennial. It's my most bought beer ever for 3 years going now. #1 - Centennial is my favorite classic IPA hop of all time(ps, I know it's bittered with Magnum and that's another key point because I love Magnum for bittering, another plus point for Torpedo because it is too). #2 - Freshest Torpedo I ever see is 2-3 months old; Founders? 2-3 weeks. Case closed for me. If I see fresh Torpedo I grab a pack but it's much rarer vs the Founders.

Founders. I think Torpedo is way overrated. And I'm not big on centennial either.

Centennial and it's not even close. I love SN Pale Ale and Celebration but can't stand Torpedo. Something about the flavor profile is off to me.

Torpedo. Bold flavor. I like Founders, just seems more subdued to me

I love Torpedo. But I haven't tried Centennial. So it looks like I have homework...

Torpedo every day of the week. I too am not a big fan of Fonders' hoppy offerings. Regardless, Torpedo is one of my favorite year-round IPAs out there.

Sierra Nevada. For me. Founders nail the breakfast stouts and scotch ales.

I drink most all the beers from Founders except Centennial and from Sierra Nevada it's Celebration, Torpedo, Big Foot and Narwhal.
    Torpedo got my vote
