    Here's a German Pils that's none too easy to come by-

    ... but very well worth the effort. Rothaus Pils Tannen Zapfel- the exceptional part to me is the dry but deceptively rich, almost toasty, malt finish, that marries so extremely well with a long lingering clean bitterness. Superb beer, here.

    One good Red House deserves another-

    Spring-like day here. Finally got a tree up. We're holding off on putting decorations on it until we see how the dog reacts to it. Would love to put out pretty glass ornaments we have from Germany, but it might be all plastic & ornaments the kids made this year:grimacing: Starting with a SN Coffee Stout, then moving on to a Enjoy-By- 12-26-14...

    After that stout, the flavors of this brew is World Class. Again it tastes like MO and Zombie Dust ***** Lagunitas Sucks while Gandhi Bot sat and watched. I think that's a pretty legit description.

    A box like a safe hit my stoop today from @gatheredwaters. A true gentleman, he loaded me up with some of NM's finest, and a '14 BCBS extra!

    First up, Marble IPA. Herb, grass, pine, and light citrus up in my grill...
