    Just hosted my first beer pairing this evening - trying to find foods that go well with beer.
    Salsa, chips and havarti Dill and Blueberry/cinninmon goat cheese with Enjoy by 12.26.2014 IPA
    Smoked Chedder with King Titus Porter
    Stromboli w/sauce, Wensleydale and cranberry with Nyx (white birch, NH) and American Beauty (DFH)
    Beef Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes with Garlic with IPA's - Hop Stoopid (Lagunitas) and Point Fort (Trillium)
    Turkey Breaks and Cranberry sauce with browns - Estate (sn) and Christmas Ale (st B) and Deadicated
    Chocolate Cake and caramel cheese cake with Coffee-Coffee buzz-buzz and Cookie Dough ice cream with Coffee-Vanilla porter (Ballast point) Finished with Stone Double Bastard.

    Guests seemed to like it - your thoughts.

    I waited to pick this up until I saw singles. Burned by Sweet Baby Jesus. All I got from that was the taste of burnt peanuts and 5 beers that needed a new home. This is kind of what I expected from that. Pretty good.

    Ah, Knob Creek Small Batch Single Barrel, maybe the best bourbon I've ever had 120 proof of Kentucky dynamite. A twice a year treat , and just finished a Stone Enjoy By.
