    I prefer snow on Christmas - on the ground/in the air - but rain'll do as a fair second - y'know, the whole "the weather outside is frightful" thing - though a cold and clear works just as well.

    Doing it: Sfogliatelle go great with most beers...

    Stunned at Broncos loss - not because they lost, but because they looked so lackluster doing it.

    Enjoying a great beer sent to me by my son in Texas: Revolver Brewing Blood & honey American Ale. The name of the beer refers to the blood orange peel and Texas honey added that is quite evident in the taste. Perfect for imbibing while putting up the Christmas tree!

    Moody Brews Half Seas Over DIPA

    Holy Hop Juice, Batman! There's very little balance or heft to this brew, but damned if it doesn't give you a tour de force of hop flavors. One moment, I'm thinking Mosaic; the next, Citra (but no, not dank enough); New Zealand? Not peppery! Arrgh!

    Really tastes like juice in a bottle. Beautiful, too. This brew is really just a better showing by the malt profile away from being outstanding.

    Thanks, mystery sender! (I'm going to hazard a guess at @klittle250 ... am I right?)
