This morning we had SN's Celebration at 10AM. After lunch, about 6 hours later, we tasted SN's Celebration. Amongst 6 dudes and 3 ladies, the unanimous vote was with Celebration. Both beers were 3 months old. My vote was the only one that was neutral. I could not put one ahead of the other, although they were very good with different taste profiles. What is the consensus with you guys who drink both of these superb offerings??

As between Celebration and Celebration? Why Celebration, of course.

@Beertsipper you might want to edit your post. I would assume that ALL would be unanimous when the same beer is tasted.

Sorry for the confusion. We compared TORPEDO with Celebration. Celebration was the winner. Personally, I had no favorite between the two. Different beers, IMO..

I was hoping it wasn't just a typo and he actually did do a side by side comparison of the same beer. That would have been awesome.

Celebration is going to be my winner against most other IPA's. I actually think Torpedo tastes very similar. Torpedo is a little maltier and thicker in my opinion. Can't go wrong with either one.

I prefer Celebration. I thought Torpedo was too bitter.

I like Celebration more than Celebration, but it's a close race.

The results seriously surprise me, as I would have picked Celebration over Celebration any day of the week, but your crew chose the Celebration........

Torpedo and Celebration are very different profiles, tough to compare. May I suggest you cutting Torpedo against Torpedo next time?

Seriously, both are really good, if given the choice, I am going Torpedo, but Celebration is right there with it. Just more malt backbone, and less pine, both are some of the best value for the beer dollar out there. ......

Torpedo by a mile and a half. I'm sipping on both at the moment.....
