    Off to the brother-in-laws for Christmas dinner today - he usually goes the prime rib route, with Yorkshire pudding, asparagus, mashed potatoes and such... no craft beer, but a nice selection of liquor... :wink:

    In Memoriam

    Found a little surprise stashed in the back of the fridge. Bridgeport Trilogy, a "brewers class" pale ale. Nice, really nice. Hearty, tasty, well balanced and quite yum-yum. Bridgeport does not get the recognition they deserve. Their IPA is superb and Hop Czar is very much under rated. This is a good ale.

    I got five bombers (FIVE!!!) for Xmas, so I'm making room by tapping (TAPPING, Coral!) into my wine stash. I should have gotten a larger wine chiller. Because I swear I don't have a problem.
