Took 12 clues, but I think I am finally out. I have had 8 or 9 just from Yuengling.

 

Time for me to get serious, here. And by that, I mean that I am going to actually figure out how many people my clues have eliminated so far; it turns out that it's more than I would've thought. Time to be a bit more surgical before I just give it all away (to whomever's paying attention, I guess ).

Hint #5- My target's home state or locality is not in any part located within a 100 mile radius of my home town.

 

I think I'm out...<consulting map, scale 1 inch: 500 miles> Yep, I'm out.

 

@2beerdogs - you were out with hint #2 . I may as well consolidate them here as well since we're into our 5th page already-

Hint #1- my target lives somewhere to the west of me (and that includes about 99.9% of NJ, too, fwiw ).
Hint #2- my target's location is east of the Rocky Mountains.
Hint #3- my target's state or locality is located somewhere south of NYC (approx 41° N latitude).
Hint #4- a few of the beers I will be sending are being hand-delivered to me from PA, some time prior to my shipping deadline. My target seems to be one who will really appreciate these beers.
Hint #5- My target's home state or locality is not in any part located within a 100 mile radius of my home town.

I think I might still be in the running, Wilmington being about 100 miles from DC, and farther from East Jersey. (I hate saying this in case I'm obviously wrong; see: "DC, land of the few lakes").

 

I don't think I'm great at hints. There is no rhyme or reason behind them.

My target has posted on page 5 of this thread.

 

It's very possible that I selected the 100 mile radius to exclude certain places but also include others...for NOW .

I could possibly be in the running, I think. Actually, maybe not - the NJ southern coast comes pretty close to the VA Eastern Shore. Yep, on second thought, I'm out!

Hint #13 - This may be a given by now but I gotta drag this out a while, my target does not live in a state that shares a border with PA.

 

Hint #7.5: Unless your state/locality's team's record is under .500, that's not worthy either

I think that actually keeps you in, if I worded it correctly. CT has no team within its border, so that puts you in. Pats are over .500, that's still in. I meant to indicate those under 50% wins are out (*cough* NFC South *cough*).

I think I'll start really narrowing it down next week as I hope to be sending soon.
