So what are the best bang for the bucks out there? Sixers > $8

Here's what I got thus far:
    Sierra Nevada Torpedo
    Ale Asylum Ambergeddon
    Nearly anything from Tyranena

In Boston the only six packs you're getting for less than 8 bucks is BMC. That said, I'd probably go with Rolling Rock.

I here ya with the cost of living difference. However, RR wouldn't really get the grade for the quality. Hey, but at least you guess have a Cup (well more than one).

Schlafly Yakima Wheat. When it's fresh, it is great. I may prefer it over other hopped wheats with much more praise.

Where in Milwaukee are you getting these 6 packs for less than 8 bucks? I always see them either at $8, or a little more.

SN Torpedo for sure. Able to get it for under 8 dollars a six pack so long as we aren't including tax or bottle deposit.
Anchor Steam is usually the same price, $7.99. I have to go to one specific store to get either of these at that price. The store closest to my house sells both for more, between a dollar and two dollars more.
