    (*Warning Subliminal Message*)

    Full on coffee roast with hints of chocolate and fruity esters toward the finish. Medium body and a slightly acidic finish which makes this brew in the Outstanding department yet not World Class. I'd still drink this over FBS any day though.

    Lander Brewing Atlantic City Gold. A very nice Koelsch; I drank a lot of Reisdorf lately and this matches up pretty darned well.

    High Gravity is never a bad idea! Just make sure you kill some lower ABV brews in between HG beers.
