    Happy New Year, everybody!

    Dolly Dagger has been bottled and is on it's way to a shelf near you.

    Dolly Dagger is a Double Belgian India Red Ale that harmoniously joins big sweet malt aromatics with signature fruit and spice yeast characteristics. Flavors of toasted grain, caramel, dark fruit, and clove provide a perfect precursor to the substantial bitter contributions from the exclusive use of high alpha Bravo hops. The end result is a balanced blend of big grain sweetness, intense hop bitterness, and unmistakable yeast qualities.

    7.4% ABV
    75 IBU

    @HopHeadHerman any story behind the artwork? I know it's a Hendrix song, but some friends are curious as to the seemingly gender confusing figure. Is that Ziggy?

    Given that the name of the song is a woman's name and we shown the back side of a person with long flowing hair while the rest of the body is hairless, I assumed it was a woman, named Dolly, holding a dagger.

    I am genuinely curious as to what you and your friends found to be gender confusing? Alhough who knows, maybe it is dude and I am way off
