    great selection! but now, honestly, i feel like a bit of a *show off*. when Broanoke asked last time "how many damn bottles do you have", i got the impression maybe it looked like i was copying (stealing) images off the internet or something. so while legitimately moving stuff i took that pic. of what i came across. it's funny how interacting over the web can lead to misinterpretation (which, judging by today's interaction i read into his inquiry wrong) + add alcohol & well...

    Prairie Christmas BOMB! Lots of spices in this, too many, I think there are too many and muddles the flavors. I do get a hint of the chile, but this is definitely my least favorite of the BOMB's I've had. I am gonna let me warm a bit more before I drain pour it.

    Washing down a pork torta from La Rosa with a couple Lakefront IPA's. My usual go to Mexican restaurant, Los Charros, is closed for a few weeks while they are in Mexico. So while this is a worthy replacement, the marinated pork from Los Charros keeps me coming back for my weekly pork torta fix.

    I think I liked Funky Gold Mosaic a bit better, but once the brett conditions another two or three weeks, I'll have to re-evaluate. It would also help if it were warm weather. This is really crisp and refreshing.
