    How much time do you spend thinking about beer?

    Years ago not too much. It was buy beer, drink beer.

    Now there is so much more to think about.

    What styles should I try? What is the ABV?
    When is the next beer fest? What brewery
    should I visit? I'm on vacation, what breweries/beers
    are in that area? Beer and food pairings.I can brew
    my own beer! Where can I get good growlers?
    What kind of hops are in this beer? You really ck out
    the cool labels! Does this beer have a good rating?
    What threads are on BA? Read BA magazine.
    Wow, not so simple anymore, but what fun!!!

    PS: It's the best hobby ever!

    More time thinking about it than drinking it. Then again, I spend more time thinking about my #2 topic than doing it, too, so I guess that's only natural.:wink:

    I said sometimes, which due to it's placement on your list of choices seems like it's the most appropriate, even though I think about beer more than sometimes.

    Quite a bit actually. I think about what beer I shall have today & about what beer I shall buy tomorrow. I think about what I shall serve with that beer, what glass it goes best in, and about writing a review and taking photos to post on WBAYDN. That's quite a bit of thinkin' that goes with this drinkin'

    I am currently off work with post concussion syndrome. I am restricted from doing many things. Even my computer time is limited, so I spend a metric assload of time thinking about beer these days. I am planning road trips for next summer, rearranging my cellar and designing a new layout, trying to determine what is good for trades and what I would like to get in return and so much more. Hell, I have even thought about what beers I would brew if I started my own brewery, what I would name them and why.

    So, yeah, I spend a bit of time these days thinking about beer...but I have nothing but time to think.

    You're so right! You forgot about selecting music to go with your choice of beer, though. It's not just about "opening a cold one" anymore. :wink:

    If you start dreaming about it, it's too much!

    I just think about it whenever i'm bored. This site is great for passing the time and satisfying any beer related thoughts.

    I sometimes think of beer. Sometimes I like to think about beer while I'm drinking a mediocre beer, usually what beer I'm going to drink next.
