    Yesterday, my wife and I had to say goodbye to our beautiful 16 year old dog Zoey. She was the sweetest, most gentle dog who filled our lives with so much joy and happiness. We are going to miss her terribly and although this process has been extremely painful, we decided to celebrate her life. We opened this:

    She was born the same year so we thought it would be appropriate. I had been saving it for a tasting/special occasion but I can't think of a better way to toast my sweet girl. I love you Zoey.

    Good morning BAs! The battery in my camera died so no photo today. With only two days to go until Russian Orthodox Christmas I'm sucking down a Hoppin Frog Frosted Frog Christmas Ale. Not quite as bad as most winter warmers that I've tried - starts with nutmeg and ends with cinnamon - but still pretty sweet.
