Stone Pasadena has growler fills for 11 n half for 2 liters. Worth the drive from OC. Or go to Oceanside and hit up baggy too? But yes, I thought about Costco.

Wait...wtf Noble beers all of a sudden. I just left Noble and came to 24 to work off the cals, so I'm thoroughly lost.

That's the one. Man those guys come up with some weird names for their beers. They must sit around drinking beers and smoking medicinal marihuana and come up with names like Man's Milk. They should come up with names like Mysterious Semblance At The Strand Of Nightmares. It'll be easier to remember.

You must be drunk if you just typed that a growler fill is worth the trip to Pasadena from OC.

Not drunk, yet Jesse. But the trip to Pasadena or Oceanside is always a bonus. I always check out a place I haven't been to yet. Like Bagby in Oceanside or the Brew House in SJC. Plus it gets me away from HB for half day. Hell, I got nothing else to do. Drove out to Noble yesterday just to try the Citra Yum Yum. Wish they had growler fills of that one.

Since no one has said it, it's pretty terrible and misleading with that name.

Alpine has been brewing gluten-reduced beers for almost a year now using an enzyme from White Labs. I would lay the failure of the beer at the hands of the brewer rather than the gluten-reduced status.

What kind of reduction in gluten is this? Both the stone delicious IPA and alpine beer seem to get about 10ppm, but what levels are common for similar style beers?

I had this on draft at Crow Burger a few weeks ago and thought it was really delicious for sure. Bottles different?

I am curious why this is even a thing. Aren't actual Celiac sufferers a very very tiny percentage compared to the masses that are just bouncing from one health craze to the next?
