I've been drinking a few of those - all very fresh. Last one dated 12\22.
Just had Heady last week. Wasn't able to do a side by side. I dare say its close.
    An excellent DIPA.
Hey Rhode Island pride! We have more than just a few brews and brewpubs that are well worth the trip.

I can't compare Gandhi Bot to Captain's Daughter because they are completely different. The hop profile is completely different. With that being said, I love them both and they are both the best beers in Southern New England.

Very good brew. I was lucky enough to get this as an extra from an awesome trade partner. It was a bit sweet, an not quite as good as Gandhi IMO. Still very good and worth seeking out

For real though, let me know if you want some of this. I get at least 2 4 packs a week.

I actually skipped it at Beervana, but I managed to get some from my local shop. Been buying it every week since. I've actually had 2 tonight.

True another stop on the list. Tree House is further out for me, but it is worth a day trip. However, with no friends into beer it will be a long trip. Girlfriend doesn't want to go that far out for beer.

Grey Sail is doing some great things. CD is their best beer IMO and I really like Flying Jenny as well. They are worth a visit for sure as they have stuff on-tap that doesn't go into distro. I love their Pour Judgement IPA and when it's on the beer engine it's awesome. They also can sell full pours. Allan, Jen and Josh are really nice people too boot. If you make the trip, Beer'd is about 10 minutes away - equally great beer and people!

I got a Captains Daughter as an extra right after Thanksgiving and forgot about having it for about 2 weeks. One night I ran a cross it in the fridge and it was an amazing surprise! Its solid no doubt. I have not had Gandhi Bot but I know the Daughter is certainly good. Very well balanced!

GBot is great, but NEBCO makes 2-3 better beers. Captains is similar in my opinion. Was a nice find when it came out. Just wish it was easier to find.

Anyone want to part with a couple for a fellow IPA LOVER?

I've been dying to try this beer, does it come in 4-pk pounders, or 6-packs? and what's the price point? last question...is it easy to find if you live in Providence? thinking of asking my old high school buddy to go snag me a 4/6 pack

It's about $12 a 4pk. I find it a little tough to find. It gets scooped up as soon as it hit the shelves.
