I am. At one point I felt bad, but then science is fun.

Amazing is probably stretching it a bit, but Lost Abbey's Russ was delicious back in 2010.

I've never had it. Probably the best strawberry sour I've had was Jester King O&P, although I'd like to see what it's like after a couple of years. It actually tastes like real, ripe strawberries and not some artificial taste.

Extra bottles to those with neck beards.

LOL! I forgot to ask you from your earlier reference, was that you on FB that commented about LA douchebags?

Those Northern CA BAers are doing it right.
West Ashley dropped today and all I see is ISO, pretty much no FT.

That's because SARA is a shit show right now. I've seen pictures. No one can get in or out. They close at 8PM. You'll see them then.

To be honest though, out of what we guess is 800-1000 bottles of Kiwi Herman, how many are actually listed FT? I only counted maybe 10? It only looked bad.

O&P is absolutely fantastic imho. Ichigo Hwy was really tasty too.

I had a Facebook notification and got the two bottles right away. I live in Alpine, go to the pub or brewery at least once a week and had no inside knowledge. Not saying others have better in's, but just saying.

I really liked the HFS. Apparently I was the only one.

So to reward those who "keep Alpine afloat" with limited release beers... sounds like the Hoarders Society to me. Heck, you must be buying thousands of dollars worth of Alpine a year, you should just give it to them upfront so you are guaranteed their rarest beers! Not like anybody complains about stuff like The Bruery's society programs... right?

Same here for what it's worth. I was just lucky it was a slower moment at work and I was near my laptop.

Says the guy with Nelson bottles as a profile pic. How many bad beers have you honestly had from Alpine?

No, I'm just saying that people shouldn't expect to be rewarded for being Alpine "regulars".
