Well, my target (who I'm fairly certain figured out who they are weeks ago) will be sad tomorrow. I offer my condolences since the source of their sadness will stem from my city.

Anyway I'm now 99% certain that I am your target @JNForsyth. Every hint applies to me, and the last one gives it away since I live in an apartment on Chicago street. That's a big city right?

Shipping agent has my gift of wonderment in house, shipping out Monday, on doorstep Thursday. Will notify target when I get routing number. Time for at least one more hint, first one that probably could have been deduced: I will also be shipping somewhat northward.

As for an update to your box, I'm waiting for a bottle release at a brewery Monday and I need to track down one more bottle. Should be shipping mid to late portion of next week.

 

Now that my target has figured it out it's no the the important part....who's my sender??? I have no idea at this point, of the clues given I might still be in for one or two but it's vague stuff. Probably one of the non-posters for me?

 

Info #1 - The receiver has some "wants" and will receive a beer on that list.
Info #2 - The receiver will also get a beer from the MN brewery noted in the most recent copy of Beeradvocate magazine

 

Wasn't Murphy a real-life Texan? If so, that disqualifies him. Gotta think more out of the box.

I'm thinking...Jeremy Irons. Hard to picture him with a Texan drawl.

 

It was Eddie Murray in white face dressed as The Nutty Professor. Thing is, Chris Christie is pretty sure he's a real life hero. OK, I'll go along with Jeremy Irons dressed as Jeremiah Johnson.

 

UPS just took custody of my shipment, so by Wednesday or Thursday the person who (spoiler hint alert) has an avatar that may share DNA with mine will receive two boxes....yes, two. I was hard ass set on getting it all out and already had too much effort into one box.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've done very little beer trading - and therefore beer shipping. Plus, this Christmas hit my wallet with the force of a supersonic brick. Also, I interpreted this BIF as local in focus, and that narrows options somewhat, especially if it's about beers my target does not has access to.
