Not Cascade status? Wow. I will respectfully disagree. I'd drink a Pizza Boy sour over a Cascade sour any day, but that's just me.

PB sours are a million times better than anything Cascade has ever done.

Lots of both still on the shelves at Al's, although price for Future Primitive is $16 as yesterday's pricing was special one time only for the release. Eternal Sunshine is still $10. Future Primitive is a funk bomb, delicious, can't wait to see what happens with time. Terry said Future Primitive is going into dist., but he seemed to indicate most going to NYC. Eternal Sunshine is already into pretty wide dist., Golden Crust in Red Lion had bottles as of yesterday.

Price was entered incorrectly originally, it was fixed Saturday night once they noticed it. They will refund the difference if you bring the receipt in.

Future Primitive bottles are still available at Al’s of Hampden. They are $12 (tax included) for in-house consumption or carry-out. No limit.

Bottles were $10 (plus tax) during the release sale only, which was inside the brewery. In the pizza shop they were supposed to be $12 (tax included) for in-house consumption or carry-out.

If you were accidentally overcharged $4 per bottle, Al’s of Hampden will refund you the difference if you stop in with your receipt. They can only do refunds with a receipt.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience in this, our first release, and hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive us and enjoy our beers.

    Thank you.

Is the NYC distro for real? We don't even get PizzaBoy up here. Would be great news.

This question gets asked a lot. In many places (though I don't know if in PA), it is actually illegal to self-distribute at a price lower than that which ends up coming out the other end of the 3-tier system. Seems to me that, at their discretion, the PLCB would probably feel entitled to pull your license if you started to undercut distributors by self-distributing, beyond the obvious point of it being bad business to undercut your distributors, given how limited shelf/truck/warehouse space is. Distributors have a lot of clout in this state, so I'm sure that both legislation and PLCB regulations are on their side.

Also, if their sours aren't even as good as the mediocre Cascade stuff, then I will happily be giving these a miss.

Are the prices at the craft beer outlet accurate?
If we find out the products are being sold illegally,(not obtained through a distributor, because as of this point the PLCB does not allow you to "pick up" or buy beer and bring to your bar to sell) we will be limiting the beer from those places we find out are doing this.

if i can ask a favor to everyone, can you email me directly for any price gouging thats happening? I will be limited our product to establishments not taking customers for a ride.
One more thing- if you like to sell the Pizza Boy or Intangible Ales products you must buy it from a distributor for resale. We legally cannot self distribute. we can be found at
    Bella Vista Distro (philly)
    Westys distro (camp hill)
    Union (New York City)

Is bella vista still selling through the retail store? I know they started distributing this week so I figured that was the end of the retail sales. As far as I can tell They have done a great job, purchased two bottles at a good price from different shops in philly through bella vista distro.
