If Trader Joe's had a better selection of singles, I would buy much more from them. Examples>>>>KBC IPA-Total Wine=$2.29, Trader Joes=$1.00...Devils Backbone 8 point IPA Total Wine=$2.29, Trader Joes=$1.67 Lagunitas IPA Total Wine=$2.29, Trader Joes=$1.67...................Just a few examples. Guess that goes to show the different markups that different stores have. I am learning real fast that Total Wine has a very high markup, especially compared to TJ's or World Market. Just wished that TW and WM had a better selection..................Wat do you think ??????

I think if they had a bigger selection, their prices would be higher. Fewer beers offered means they buy more of what they do carry. Buy more to save more.

Total Wine typically has a vast selection, and their prices are usually decent. Freshness can be an issue, though.

I'm not sure I understand the focus of your complaint. Is it TJ, TW or WM that you wish had a better selection?

I can't complain because they carry Perennial here, but.....

if they had a bigger selection I might buy beer from them instead of just buying from their incredibly affordable and respectable wine wine selection. Seriously, $8-$12 for a very decent wine is pretty awesome. I'm beer first, but I like a good deal too.

I really have to watch the date codes at the Trader Joe's near me. Their slower beer turnover tends to leave behind some older stock.

They do have a good selection. So therefore, when I'm going to mix a 6, that's where I go

If Trader Joes had a better selection I would still shop at the Four Firkins. They know beer, Traders does not.

Say what you will about trader joes selection (which varies widely store to store) - some of their contracted beers are near unbeatable values

As long as they keep offering their incredibly tasty Unibroue Holiday Vintage 750s for the under $6, I'll be happy with them.

I hear the TJ oatmeal stout is good, what say you BA? $6.99 for a sixer is a great price for any decent beer.

If Trader Joes had a better selection.....I would take the time to drive out there to buy some of it.

I have a one about an hour from me (in Foxboro) that apparently carries beer, but I've never felt like going bad enough to actually do it. I will eventually go I'm sure, when I get to it.

There are closer locations then that, but none of those stores carry alcohol.
