How popular is this beer and is it good? What do people recommend

Boulevard is a brewery and they produce a variety of beers. I tried one several years ago and I liked it, but that's all I remember. They have a good reputation.

    Their Imperial Stout is excellent.

Their saisons are decent, but overrated IMO.

I really liked the Love Child 4, Tank 7, and BBQuad. haven't had any others. Saison-Brett gets some love on here

I have been lucky enough to try 6 of their beers and would love a chance to try the other 44 I see on their profile on BA.

The Sixth Glass is my favorite American Quad. The BBQ is the aged variation. Their Octoberfest/Marzen is one of those I try to get a 6pk of each year. The Dark Truth is a nice double stout.

They make a lot of styles; many of them are very good.

Boulevard is one of the best breweries in America in my opinion. Great saisons, sours, and their imperial stout is top notch.

Their Saison-Brett was great, albeit a little overrated. Double-wide IPA was pretty solid, too.

    Haven't had too many others.

Been to the brewery numerous times. Always a good tour and always nice samples. All of the smokestack series have been pretty good. As other have said, look for the Love Child, Tank-7, Imperial Stout, Saison-Brett, and I really like double wide, but it is not getting brewed this year, so drink it fast if ya find one.

Their double wit is interesting, particularly if you like oranges. I also brought some of their Dark Truth and Sixth Glass home from a road trip to KC.

Long Strange Tripel and Sixth Glass are quite good.

Tank 7 was a little off-putting in a way, but it was my first time trying that style, so I don't blame the brewery.

Dark Truth is an OK stout but probably would not get it again (several better ones out there).

I have not tried any of their other stuff, but def have their BBA quad and BBA stout on my list.

    Fixed.

Tank 7 and Saison-Brett are two of the best saisons you can buy.

Interestingly enough, while I really like the Imperial Stout, it's probably one of my least favorite of their Smokestack Limited Release series.

EDIT: I can't believe no one has mentioned Rye-on-Rye yet. If you haven't had it, make a point to seek it out. A "ryewine" (which I guess is just a barleywine with a high percentage of rye in the grain bill) that is aged in Templeton Rye barrels. It's just outstanding.

I've tried about 6-7 varieties, all solid 3.5-3.75 star beers in my opinion, I probably wouldn't seek them out again, but I wouldn't turn them down if offered (except for the sours)
