Aztec distros to your area? That's on my list for locals as an option.

Damn, after tonight's result, I'd think you've got some kind of fix on these games...

Edit, and after catching up on the thread, I suppose it doesn't matter.

HDR solves a lot of the world's problems, doesn't it?

That's pretty much my process. Still almost took off a finger and an eye and stripped a bottle cap trying to take off the CR WnB cap.

I'm picking up my case when cans drop next week. Glad to see someone is enjoying it though!

Someone (can't remember who and I've been bottle sharing tonight so can't be arsed to go look) asked about the price of Big Bad Baptist near me and I said it was $14-$17. Went by my local store and I'm an idiot because it'd $13, inline with what others have said. That is a ridiculously good $13 beer. Ridiculously good.

We actually ended the bottle share tonight on it (its a very low key bottle share, mostly a homebrew club. Every month we get together and drink homebrew and then pick a style of commercial beer for people to bring if they don't bring homebrew. Ends up being nothing crazy as 90% of the beer shared is in-distro stuff that we really just use as calibration beers). Was a great beer to end on. One of the other pretty awesome beers that was brought was Prairie Noir (one of the few out-of-distro beers), which was also very solid.

What's up with Alesmith/Mikkeler charging $25 a bottle for a non-BA Oatmeal Stout (Beer Geek Breakfast Speedway Stout). I'm not normally one to complain about prices, the Kopi SS was like $18 and the BA versions were like $28.

Can't decide whether I want to get the tick or speak with my wallet haha.

I was about to do exactly that and wait, but I wanted to get a bottle into a box that went out today. I literally swapped out an 8 week old Dirtwolf (for shame, I know) to put in the 13 day old Nugget Nectar. This made me happy.

    Winter Sixer update:

Hint #N: Shipping west, and will be shipping out on Monday... box is packed up and sitting on my floor, but would rather drop it off on Monday rather than have it sit in a warehouse over a weekend. I'm not too worried about temperatures, but it's January and one can't be too careful.

Sorry it's late in the window. I had some trouble getting a box together for you since some of your likes/dislikes really locked out a good portion of what I would have otherwise sent from my cellar and forced me outside my comfort zone in beer selection. That's only as much of a hint as you want to make it.

How limited is this? I'm not a huge fan of a $25 price tag (which would hit $30 by the time it hit my shops) but I have a horizontal of all the Beer Geek stuff, so it'd be cool to include that.

Brewery only release via Brown Paper Tickets, 4 bottles max per person. If I buy any I'll probably just get one (or two max) so I could help you out if you want.

I'll let you know, but as long as it took for me to get your box sent (yes, 'sent', past tense) to get your box out from the last time, I don't know if I could do that again in good conscience...

On the plus side, there's that "past tense" thing.
