    So, in addition to hitting the BIF Box from Shroud, if UPS isn't lying to me, this upcoming NBS will have me delving into a box from @BigRedDog ! Thanks much for TN and IN love!

    Beer Trading
    So do we use BIF as a beer trade and what is the process of giving our sender credit for a trade?
    I'd certainly like to give @larryi86 credit for the truly stupendous package of beers he sent.

    I'll be getting no work done tonight as I try to map out my next couple NBSs. So many options (but I think I'm going hops first starting with those brews on the left :slight_smile:)

    FWIW- you can consider that Sly Fox O'fest an extra if you like :slight_smile:. That was my last one, and a lot of people liked it back in its heyday- plus it's technically close enough to the expiration date- so I figured what the hell and threw it in there.

    Coastal Extreme Mass HysteRIa - Rum barrel aged DIPA, huh? I've had a couple BA IPAs before and they're always interesting, never had a Rum BA one though
    Coastal Extreme InfRIngement - Rum barrel aged Imperial Stout? Definitel looking forward to this
    Wachusett Larry - Another I haven't heard of, but I love trying new IPAs/DIPAs
    Slumbrew Yankee Swap - Another rum barrel aged Imperial Stout? Hell yes.
    Black Hog Ginga Ninja - Red IPA with ginger? Another very interesting sounding one!
    NEBCo Sea Hag - The one and ONLY beer in the box that I've even heard of before, and a definite Want!

    ...which were well-planned. I literally shouted out loud when I saw the Surly Darkness. I wondered in amazement at breweries I've heard of before, but not the beers themselves. So much goodness.

    Thanks so very, very much. I have a bottle share on Sunday I plan to attend, so I may cheat a bit and knock back a couple of these on Saturday, sharing the results on Sunday. Or antisocial me may just canex on them, sit on my couch, and chug these all day long. It could go either way right now. :wink:

    Also: the Bauhaus Wonderstuff immediately made me think of this:

    Well, kemoarps, as they say way out in the country" you done blowed my porch to smithereens!". This is really amazing and kind. I'll describe these beers here along the way because there are so many and most are "tres" potent! In the Fremont glass are dog treats, which is a lovely touch! kemoarps reads my posts and I appreciate that very much! The generosity here is unbelievable and affirming. Cheers all!

    Greetings all! Got an email from UPS today at 1130 saying they'd delivered a package to my garage at 1124. Just as I was getting up to go out and retrieve it, my sister in law came in the door carrying it. Been too busy today to photo and post it until now, so:

    Zombie Dust and Gumball - the only two in here I've even heard of! Thanks to @BigRedDog for this box of arcane brews! Now I can tick TN and IN as well as enjoying and reviewing nine new beers. The hard part is trying to decide the order of beers two through nine - obviously ZD will be up for NBS on 1/25 - so I guess the stouts will be last because they'll keep better. Decisions, decisions. Fantastic box from a great BA!

    Yeah that whole quantum view stuff really takes the surprise element out of things. It's not a whole lot but damn it was hard finding beers that you've never had man. I figured you deserved a little something for hooking me up with some awesome Michigan beers that I can't wait to try.

    I've been out camping with my brother all week. Returning to the car, I found an email from my building manager complaining that a package bearing my name had been delivered, and absolutely devastated the entire receiving room. They've been receiving complaints from the other residents not being able to get their mail (what with there not being a lobby or office any more). I look forward to tomorrow when I can humbly prostrate myself before the manager and beg her forgiveness and remove the offending package. I'll have updates with photos and the like on the morrow.
