Only Choose Two!

    If you could only have two beers styles for the rest of your life what would they be?

    For me it's Stouts and American Pale Ales

    I'm going to cheat and say smoked beers (porters,stouts, or rauchbiers) and IPAs.

    That's actually a really hard question....

    I'd say stout (lots of good things have stout in the title:wink:)
    And then I'm honestly torn between Belgian strong pales and weissbiers

    Tough choice, Hefe and Stout, let me know if you choose to different styles we can trade off.

    Haha, excellent reference. If I had to pick just one of the smoked varieties though, it would probably be Rauchbier. I wish there were more examples of this phenomenal style readily available.
