NEBCO whats on tap thread

It's happened before. I couldn't believe how many times they updated Facebook today. They must be reading this thread.

 

I am sure they do but they have a funny way of showing it. Not a terrible experience but way way far off from a visit to TH.

 

The troll force is STRONG in this one. Must be a blast getting a pint with you!!!

Honestly... my point is just to relax. Everyone is so hyper-sensitive about minute by minute updates of taplists and lines. There are a handful of brewery employees. They have to brew.

 

Rich: if your postings had just been a well-intentioned call for calm, the backlash wouldn't exist. Your odd attempts at maligning the reputation of a well-respected nano-brewery at the other end of the state, with blatantly off based accusations, just makes you fit for the title of troll. I almost want to ask if Beer'd Brewing shot your puppy or placed your mother in a nursing home against her will. This feed was about the beers at Nebco and the conditions of getting adult beverages there. Your passion for Nebco is admirable, but I don't think the staff there wants even their most loyal customers taking shots at other breweries for no reason. Especially considering the nature of your commentary was, by your own admission, completely inaccurate and baseless. Stick to what you know and you will be fine.

 

I hadn't been on BA for very long before I realized that you're not allowed to discuss NEBCO around Rich unless you're showering them with praise. I am a MAJOR fanboy of the brewery but Rich kinda goes too far.

 

That's not something that is limited to a single poster. Lots of people have a very black and white view on the world, as if a brewery as amazing as NEBCO can do no wrong.

 

Anybody remember back when this thread discussed what's on tap.? It was simpler times when Gandhi bot was still a thing and they never ran out of beer. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, so start a thread about love/hate for NEBCO. So....What's on tap at NEBCO? ✌️

 

It was just Sea Hag as of about 4:30 today.

 

I seriously want to clarify something here. If you read what I was talking about, you would see that I was actually not saying Beer'd was bad. In fact, I chose Beer'd for my poor analogy because of their good reputation. The backlash exists because for two reasons: 1) I said something that wasn't easily interpreted if it wasnt read with the context; 2)it wasnt interpreted well. I really really meant no foul, and thats exactly my point: why are people complaining? I'm not. I was paraphrasing previous posts. My post was trollish, but only to make an example of my paraphrasing WITH my paraphrasing, that people are trolling. Next time I'll use quotation marks and make a disclaimer that my every word is not my personal opinion. Sheesh. The internet.

Again. Beer'd is awesome. Nebco is awesome. Yes I am a fanboy. Yes I have an opinion. I'm not the one doing any bashing here, so lets just get friendly again. Beer is good.
