trade issues with Abrasive

The first bolded statement is worrisome as there wouldn't be any reason, IMO, to send 'some' beer instead of 'all' the beer as negotiated.

The second bolded part is how it should be and if the OP values trading partnerships hopefully he will send another 4-pack once Surly gets it figured out. That's what I would do at least.

 

That is fine. This your opinion. It does bother me that this worries you. It should be reassuring that I have and am attempting to works this out amicably as even the moderator suggested and all of the rules on here suggest. I initially did not have any suggestion about it. I first thanked him for my package, and then I mentioned the beer being flat. If it would have been left at that I would have just sent the agreed upon beer along. OP responded that he wanted to make the situation right in his mind. That's what got us talking about optional solutions. I never tried to manipulate the situation. At the end of the day I wish people just respect the fact that I have try many times over to clear the air and explain the situation. I am not a manipulative trader trying to take advantage of new BA's

 

I don't get why there's all this wrangling. Just send the man the beer you said you were going to send.

 

That is what I already said I was going to do. I never fought it.

 

@jason3125 let me ask you a serious question. What would you do if the roles were "reversed"? Just curious.

 

If I was in Fables shoes, I would tell him I would send him a replacement 4 pack on the next release. I don't blame the trader here. My problem is solely with all of the judgement on me. People were actually trying to expose me to put me on a "do not trade with" list. They were completely mistaken on my intentions. The problem is it is too easy to have an opinion, forget about the damage it may cause to somebody who was misunderstood. I don't fault people for looking out for the community on here. I fault people for condemning somebody before they fully understand the full picture.

 

@Raisingfable please let us know when you get your beer, and @jason3125 thanks for coming in and telling your side.
Both please contact a mod to let them know how this was resolved , it seems as if this will be solved amicably so i will lock this for now, but if that changes it will be unlocked to be able to continue. Leaving up for reference as always.
