Stout BIF Round IV

I would love to get in on this but im new, as in this is one of the first threads I've read. I have 100% feedback on a few other websites I frequent. I can provide them as reference and have no problem shipping early.

 

Florida is well represented this time around.

Just a heads up, you've got me listed as FL but I'm CA

 

Hint 1 the state which I am shipping too has at least one vowel and one consonant in its name.

Just realized I have been in each previous round of this BIF. No wonder I still have a cellar full of so many stouts! Can't wait for this round to get moving!

 

Can I get my target a week early since I have to ship a week early?

The anticipation is killing me. I need a drink to calm my nerves... perhaps a stout from when @Clarkson destroyed my porch last round will help.
