I really don't care for their stock ale, winter beers, summer beer, octoberfest. Just too underwhelming and over rated. Noble Pils on tap is actually quite good. I wish it was more readily available. Have yet to try the bottled version.

I haven't had any of the new IPAs yet, though. My gut tells me those three won't change anyway when I do.

That's generally all I buy from Sam Adams unless they have something in one of their seasonal samplers that I really want (which hasn't always been the case lately). If I could get Old Fezziwig, Black and Brew or their Holiday Porter with any real consistency around the holiday season, they would probably slot in at number three... but alas.

Haven't tried their Imperial Stout. Is this available at the brewery only? I do admit, the two times I had Old Fezziwig I enjoyed it. Too bad it's only in their variety packs.

The imperial stout is available in 4pks (unless something recently changed). The style/coloring of the packs is vastly different from the rest of the Sam Adam's packaging. It is kind of a light purple/blue color.

I would say Cream Stout and Black Lager are 2 of the better representations of their respective styles. I would probably throw in Double Agent IPL for the third.

Boston Lager is the one I drink the most of FWIW.

Haven't tried the new DIPA yet.

Noble Pils is one of my favourites, but I will have to say that is probably the only beer I buy consistently from Sam Adams. Rebel IPA isn't bad, but it's never my first choice. Their prices are just high enough that Sierra Nevada and New Belgium edge them out.
