I could be off, but I believe it came out around April or May last year? I also don't know if that has any bearing on when it will come out this year.
We've recently identified some barrels of Funk Metal that we think are ready for blending. We'll package our next batch sometime this month or next.

Good news! This beer has always intrigued me and I've always wanted to try it but never got around to it :/. I thought it might have been a one-time only release but I'm glad to hear it's not!
I don't remember how many exactly, but I believe there have been 5-6 batches of Funk Metal. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. We opened a Batch 1 recently, and it was still delicious and still my favorite batch. Hopefully this one will take that title
Yup, batch 5 was released last year late March/early April. My second favorite batch with batch 1 being my favorite as well.
