anyone selling or splitting their membership now after having their cash sunk for a year and a half, right as the rewarding part of the membership is about to come to fruition would be daft.

It does not really define how many of each a member would get. Six bottles total with at least 1 being dragon fruit and 1 being the stout. In theory that could mean 1 dragon fruit and 5 stouts. I agree with the sentiment, being able to get more than one bottle of any release would be nice.

Am I the only one who is a little annoyed that we were supposed to get confirmation about this party YESTERDAY? People have to travel from out of town, get time off, make hotel and flight reservations... Wtf.

Yeah I was just thinking about that today when trying to plan with the wife.

 

The meeting with the city was pushed back to this morning. JW is doing a presentation, for the final "OK" to close the street. Another update will come forward after today's meeting.

 

This is for the grand opening which is not the same as the OG party which will be held at a later date when his barrel aged beer is ready.

 

The lack of communication is bothersome.

 

(Meanwhile, six J. Wakefields will be on draft Saturday night in Orlando at Tap & Grind's beerfest. Worth noting since Central Florida isn't on the path yet.)

 

This seems to be a common theme of the society.

 

They've sent out two e-mails in the past two weeks, one of which included what was being brewed for the OG club, along with a time table for their release. What else do you guys want? Call the tasting room if you're so concerned and have questions that haven't been answered.
