Hopslam Limits??

    TW in Bloomington is limiting Hopslam sales to 1 6pk per person. I've seen one other store post up a 2 6pk limit. Is there less beer this year? Previous years I've had no problems picking up a couple of cases in one stop on release day.

    You should save the money you'll save on Hopslam and spend it on Abrasive, which is 10x the beer that Hopslam is. Or, Saga!

    It's likely just an initial limit to make sure the masses get some. Nothing worse from a customer service perspective when a store lets all of the product walk out the door with a single customer who happened to have the day off work. You'll probably see the limits lifted after the initial rush.

    liquor barrel, liquor boy, vinifera, mgm maple grove and princetons all posted receiving hopslam. limits anywhere from a sixer to a case.

    $18.99 at TW Bloomington. Limit is now (2) 6pks per person. Bottle date is 1/23.

    bottle date is 1/20/15.

    $16-$18 per sixer is expected. i paid $16 in WI this weekend. just paid $17.49 as US Liquor (they got 25 cases, but pretty sure all are reserved).

    I just walked out with the last 6 pack in Princeton's. They got 40 cases and it lasted 4.5 hours this year before selling out.

    Abrasive is on the shelf at most stores and Hopslam sells out in minutes.....lol.

    Bought my obligatory 6pack at Haskells Woodbury for $15.99 + scored a Steel Toe Size 11 which I'm excited about. Glad I only bought one 6er of Hopslam though it doesn't hold a candle to Abrasive or Insurrection

    Abrasive is yesterday's news!

    I believe Hopslam sold out at Princeton's in about the same amount of time last year. I remember because they were saying the year prioir, it took a few days and he was blown away that it went so quickly. I remember walking in That year and at least 3 people walk out with 2 cases. Looks like they put a 1 case limit this year.
