I just want to echo everyone saying that the Brass Tap put on an excellent event last night that was very relaxed and low-key for such a sought-after beer. I asked about a possible second pour, because it was just that delicious, and I admire that they instead prioritized making sure that the beer was available to as many people as possible. Great job.

I primarily deal with the Huebner location, so I don't have any exact details regarding what other beers will be available for that event.

Walk up to the bar. Order CBS. Handed just-filled glass. Total time - 2 minutes.

The Brass Tap event couldn't have possibly gone smoother. Very well done, and I was reminded of how much I like that place.

The Brass Tap had a great event and I was glad to join in on the fun. Even had a friendly Canadian to drink it with me.

I went to both the Brass Tap (thanks to @mgr78704 ) and DH tonight. Both places did a very good job.
I didn't go to Easy Tiger, but the consensus is that the flights turned a lot of people of, especially because the CBS pour (each pour) was only 3 oz. But it must've worked for some people.

Brass Tap released at 5 PM and had pours ready to go. It was not crowded and chill, a nice little event.

DH released ~7 PM in central Austin and lasted 57 minutes. Everyone who was there at 7 PM got a pour and people were starting to go through a second time. Also a lot of friendly faces in the crowd! There was a line, it got a little crowded, but there were no issues, people seemed happy, and no one seemed to get shut out. Well done

Thanks @mykoconnor . If there are any kegs left, let us know

Oh god. I've been following the madness through the interwebs all night. I'll be landing in Austin tomorrow morning. I imagine it will be all gone by then.

I concur, arrived a bit after 7 still received a pour, the line was steady, hung out after and tried some of their House beers. Thanks to Bill at Draughthouse and @mykoconnor , anytime I'm at the draughthouse I'm having a good time.

Easy Tiger still had it on tap yesterday and was doing half pint pours for those that didn't like the 3oz pours. I went for the flight and if you got the food pairing with it, it was a great deal in my opinion. It was well organized and a good time.
