Alright boys (and girl), PR0N time...

I had 3 boxes land this week leaving my beer fridge stuffed to the brim and my poor porch in shambles. 2 LIF boxes and 1 trade box came in on Monday and Wednesday (x2).

So let's get to it.


First, some VBS:

Wicked Weed Oblivion - god dang I love WW Sours. Thank you to my man @treznor for that great hookup



Wicked Weed Genesis - I like this one even better. Already in talks with Mike F. for more. The tropical fruits could not play any better than they do in this brew.



Some pale ale from the midwest called, "Zombie Dust?" It's my first time trying it and @PassMeAZima was nice enough to send me an entire 6 pack for winning his LIF! He also cut me some slack for confusing him with another member of this group when I checked it in on Untapd last night; sorry again for that. Honestly, this stuff surpassed my extremely high expectations and I cannot wait to enjoy more of this with a few select friends and family members.



So here is the group shot from my trade with @treznor. What started as me inquiring about BBB turned into Mike snagging me a Sexual Chocolate (first time trying - huge want), 2 WW sours (permawants), and an IPA with a dog on it! I don't even care what it is... it's got a dog on it. Oh, and that BBB I wanted.... Mike hooked me up with 3




Andddd the LIF box from @PassMeAZima. This was a, "Zombie Dust LIF." Not only did I get a whole 6er from him (#LehighFresh, have to say it lol), but he threw in a couple Nugget Nectars just for good measure. I received my first Nugget Nectar earlier this week from @jawas in a LIF and now I have 3. Will likely be cracking into one of these NNs tonight.

Cannot thank all 3 of you enough. I have never had any of these beers, aside from the outstanding 077XX, and I'm thrilled to try each and everyone of them. Not trying to ruin the mood or anything, but I received word Wednesday morning that my Grandfather passed away in his sleep on Tuesday night and I'll be attending his funeral this weekend as a pallbearer. Although it was not totally unexpected, it still is a tough loss for our entire family. Having a big beer box delivered Monday, then 2 additional boxes show up later in the day Wednesday was definitely a huge mood boost and made me appreciate this awesome group we have here even more.

So cheers to you Papaw, glad I can drink some amazing brews in your memory this weekend.

Quick edit: Also, I almost had a great LIF idea the other day while in Atlanta traffic... The license plate on the car in front of me was BIF 4444 or something like that. If it would have been, "LIF xxxx," you all would be shooting for the closest guess to the numbers right now.

Really sorry to hear about your grandfather. All of my grandparents have been gone for quite some time now, but I still think of them frequently. I do hope the beer makes it a little better...

EDIT: I also love how I've been in this BIF for about a month, haven't actually participated in the actual BIF yet, but have sent out a LIF, won 2 LIFs, 2 trades, the Horizontalhood and the Sixterhood. This group is crazy. Looking forward to sending out the Horizontalhood next week. Once that is on its way, I'll open up signups for the Sixterhood.
